The intention was to introduce warmth and architectural interest through carefully layered natural materials and considered detailing. Panelling was added to create structure and rhythm across the walls, giving the rooms a stronger sense of permanence and craftsmanship.

Natural timber beams, textured linens, woven elements and softened neutral tones were layered throughout, bringing warmth and tactility to the scheme. Built-in shelving and cabinetry were refined to feel timeless rather than new, creating spaces that feel grounded, cohesive and beautifully lived in.

The result is a home that balances modern comfort with a gentle, cottage-inspired character — relaxed, inviting and rich in texture.
